01 / HOW I THINK

I’m drawn to messy problems, half-built systems, and situations where nobody has a complete playbook yet. I like understanding how things work beneath the surface, finding the real constraint, and turning complexity into something people can actually navigate.

My engineering background makes me curious about the machinery behind a product. My product work has taught me to care just as much about the people, incentives, and edge cases around it. I move between these layers constantly, from shaping the problem and defining the metric to working through APIs, workflows, interfaces, and launch details.

I value clear thinking, honest trade-offs, thoughtful collaboration, and shipping something useful early enough to learn from it. I’m ambitious about the outcome, but I don’t believe every problem needs a grand solution. Sometimes the best product decision is knowing what not to build.

Outside work, I’m usually exploring a new tool, pulling apart how a system works, collecting visual references, or trying to turn a half-formed idea into something tangible. I enjoy the space between technology and expression, where a product can be rigorous, useful, and still have a point of view.

I’m still figuring out what I’ll build next. I know it will probably involve complex systems, real people, and a little more curiosity than the brief originally asked for.

04 / THE OTHER HALF

The Other Half of the Story

from people I have worked with

I've had the opportunity to work with Sakshi on Field Agent (FSE) Hiring at Paytm for over a year, and I can say with confidence that she is one of the most impressive product managers I've worked with. What sets Sakshi apart is her ownership. She doesn't just complete tasks, she takes full responsibility for outcomes, follows through without being nudged, and consistently goes one step beyond what's expected. Every deliverable she touches reflects genuine diligence.

What's even more remarkable is the level at which she operates, this being her first role in product management, she consistently delivers at the caliber of a senior PM. She picks up context fast, asks the right questions, and applies learnings immediately. That kind of growth trajectory is rare. Any organization lucky enough to have Sakshi will find her to be a true asset, someone who raises the bar.

Amit SinghSenior Director, Product at Paytm

I have worked with Sakshi since her first project at Paytm, the FSE hiring platform, and she has consistently demonstrated the qualities I look for in a senior product manager. She takes complete ownership of the problems she is given, from framing the opportunity through to launch and post-release iteration.

She is comfortable working through ambiguity, asks the right clarifying questions early, and translates proposed solutions into workflows and process flows that make the design legible to engineering, business and compliance stakeholders alike. Her stakeholder management is a particular strength: she keeps every affected team informed of changes, aligns cross-functional partners before decisions are made, and communicates trade-offs transparently.

Above all, she ships end to end and is accountable for outcomes, not just deliverables. And she doesn't just stop after one success. She makes sure to iteratively improve it in the longer term while handling other major projects on her radar.

Ayush MeshramSenior PM, Expedia

I had the opportunity to work with Sakshi in the same team and have seen her grow immensely as a Product Manager. She took on a challenging, high-volume consumer product early in her product journey and demonstrated remarkable ownership. What stands out is how deeply she does her homework—she comes with data-backed hypotheses, thinks from first principles, and genuinely empathizes with the user to solve the right problem.

She is thoughtful with stakeholders, continuously upskills herself, and brings new tools, including AI, into her product practice. Her impact has also been recognised through awards. I would gladly work with Sakshi again—there is a lot to learn from the way she approaches product.
